Refund Policy

At Web Design Corpus Christi, we aim to provide clear communication and quality service on every project.

Because website design, development, and other digital services require time and resources, payments for work that has already been completed are generally non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, the client may be eligible for a refund, minus any processing fees or costs already incurred.

If work has already started, any refund will depend on the amount of work completed, expenses incurred, and the terms agreed upon for the project.

Deposits, completed project milestones, third-party purchases, domain fees, hosting fees, software licenses, and other external costs are non-refundable.

Refund requests should be submitted in writing and will be reviewed individually. Any approved refund will be based on the remaining unused portion of the service.
