Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, login details, and other materials required to complete the project. Delays in providing these materials may affect the project timeline.

Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Additional work outside the original project scope may require additional charges.

Any third-party costs, including hosting, domains, plugins, software subscriptions, or paid services, are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Once the final payment has been received, the client will receive ownership of the completed website files and approved deliverables, except for third-party software, licenses, or tools.

We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, cyberattacks, service interruptions, or changes made by the client or another provider after project completion.

We reserve the right to update these terms when necessary. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
